At Skyline Restaurant, we strive to provide the best dining experience for our guests. To ensure smooth operations and fair policies for all our customers, we have established the following refund and cancellation policy for online bookings.
1. General Policy
- All bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
- Cancellations or modifications after booking will not be eligible for any refund or rescheduling.
- No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booking.
2. Group Bookings (10 or More Guests)
- For group reservations, no refunds or changes will be allowed once the booking is confirmed.
- Reduction in the number of guests will not result in a partial refund.
- If additional guests wish to join, we recommend booking in advance as availability is subject to restaurant capacity.
3. Special Events & Holiday Bookings
- For special event days (Christmas, New Year's Eve, Valentine's Day, etc.), all bookings are final, and no refunds or cancellations will be accepted.
4. Force Majeure
- In case of unforeseen circumstances such as government restrictions, extreme weather conditions, or any other force majeure events, we will review cancellations on a case-by-case basis, but a refund is not guaranteed.
